End of 1st sem

i'm done with exams!!! and i'm tired and sleepy and bored!! and i saw the most expensive Tshirt ever!!! EVER!!! the places my frens bring me to... located in some hidden stair ways..the tshirts were 300 bucks!!!! the jackets were 2500 bucks!!!!!! imaging the lenses that i could invest in with that kind of money!!! problem is i dont have that kinda money!! haha...

anyway.. i manage to survive after so many days of studying and such little sleep.. and i'm still awake now.. why?? i dont know..
i feel like sleeping but i cant.. the after exams excitement is still flowing in my head!!

recently my brother told me to try out some architectural photography.. its pretty interesting. i was going to look for a building for a test shoot but i couldnt find one.. its really hard to do it when everything in the city is so packed... no space to get a good shot of the elements of the building.

so i took a walk around GPO melbourne and saw this flower shop.. FLOWERS!!! haha.. i've took some photos of them and only 2 turned out ok..

below are some of my water droplet photos taken in the morning and after raining. winter is the best time to get these shots. the gloomy weather gives a even distribution of light.. meaning no over exposed areas in the photos!!! my favorite season for photos.

EXAMS coming!!!

MAN.......... i hate exams. sorry for neglecting this blog for such a long time.. i was having continuous incoming of assignments and guess what!! next week is my mid year exams!! such a bad time management my TAFE has.. as u all know, winter is coming or maybe it is winter already, which also mean flu season. and i've just recovered from my flu.. but still i am feeling fainty these feel days.. dont know if its because of lack of sleep due to my constant hard work on my assignments and revision. OR, maybe i'm like my mother always getting hypoglycemia ( low blood sugar, feels like fainting). oh and i bought myself a beany!! and for a big headed guy like me, it kinda fits!! so happy about it. now i can keep my head warm without looking like an idiot!! YOSH!!

then again this is my photoblog and i promise myself to upload some photos up for every post.. and yes, again i had a "short" break on a Saturday morning 2 weeks ago with my housemates of photographers to boxhill park "again" for a photo shoot!!! we call it "photojog" by the way.. don't know why.. hehe..

here's one of my housemates who just bought her 1st DSLR, and she's pretty excited!!!! she's photographing everything in site!!! hahaah.. good practice!

Assignments!!! and my FLU!!! and oily lamb chops...

hi again. sorry for not posting anything up lately. as the title of this post indicated, i've been busy with my assignments. 6 assignments within 2 weeks!! seriously... i dont know what my teachers are thinking.. everything is so unorganized.
and i'm sick!! same thing every year, cough, sneeze, sore throat, block nose, headache, and stomachache. pretty bad. and i'm sick of my assignments too.

anyway.. i'm feeling better now. after eating all that fisherman's friend mints. i just realized that those sweets are so mint, they unblock ur nose!!!! how good is that??!!!
it was my turn to cook last Wednesday. i made the most unhealthy food i've ever. lamb chop cooked in over flowing butter!!! soooooooo oily, i feel like having a heart attack after that meal. and i burnt my finger from oil splash. but overall the meal was good.

and today i had a photo session with my housemate at boxhill park. ohhh yeeessss...which means u guys will have some photos to look at!!!!

these are some wild mushrooms that grew around boxhill park and its about 3cm tall. and i spotted it!!!haha

this is a weird shot that i took. the petals of the flower seems to be sharp but the inside is so bokeh!! hahah..

Flowers and Greens

after moving in to a new place, i've been having this more 'organized' life going on. i stop snoozing my alarm in the morning and wake up straight away. i keep my stuff organized. except for my room (typical guy's room). and i actually walk to the station instead of taking a bus when the bus station is right in front of my house!!??! hahaha...something really weird is happening to me!!

tonight we had a small gathering with most of the CMYF members at my place, and we had steamboat for dinner!!!! i was forced to tidy up my room cos ppl will be coming in to look at my photos.hehe!! its a good thing too cos my room is now awesomely tidy!!!

anyway... i've been craving for flower shots ever since i got my camera. walking around the neighbourhood seems to be the best way to look for awesome flowers in melbourne.. not even the parks have flowers that good. its so weird around here. my mum wont be surprised to see me taking photos of my dad's orchids back in malaysia. its a whole backyard of orchids!!
